    Terms & Conditions

    Last updated: July 2026 | Version: v1.9

    1. About

The Service is operated by DiversecitiUK Ltd (Company No. 10019393) T/A IngredientsWorldwide.com, located in Manchester, United Kingdom.

1A. Platform Status & Operating Model

IngredientsWorldwide.com operates as an introducer-only B2B ingredient marketplace. The platform facilitates introductions between buyers and suppliers but does not operate as a transactional marketplace. We do not process payments, hold inventory, broker transactions, or act as an agent. All enquiry activity is handled via email at sales@ingredientsworldwide.com. Enquiries, applications, and requests are reviewed manually by the business.

    2. Introducer Role & Operational Scope

IngredientsWorldwide.com is an introducer and information facilitator only. We do not:

    • Sell, manufacture, stock, store, or distribute any ingredients or goods
    • Verify, audit, test, certify, or endorse any supplier, product, or claim
    • Process payments, hold escrow, or facilitate transactions
    • Act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any legal sense
    • Make representations about product availability or quality
    • Guarantee that enquiries will be answered or fulfilled

The Platform is focused on food ingredients commonly used within halal-eligible, kosher-eligible, and alcohol-sensitive supply chains. IngredientsWorldwide.com does not itself certify religious, dietary, or regulatory suitability. Product suitability, ingredient status, and certification requirements are determined by the buyer and must be verified directly with suppliers before any transaction.

    2A. Illustrative & AI-Assisted Content

The platform may display content that is supplier-submitted, platform-generated, illustrative, representative, AI-assisted, or AI-generated. Some listings are generic market-reference or category-visibility listings not tied to a specific supplier. Images do not necessarily depict available stock or any specific supplier's actual product. They are provided to illustrate ingredient categories or sourcing capability. No listing, image, description, tag, packaging reference, dietary status, certification reference, or specification — whether supplier-submitted or platform-generated — constitutes a warranty, guarantee, verified fact, or confirmation of stock or supplier availability. Users must not rely on any content as confirmation of product availability or appearance. All details must be verified independently before purchase, import, use, or reliance.

2B. Structural Position & Fee Clarification

DiversecitiUK Ltd T/A IngredientsWorldwide.com operates strictly as an advertising and introducer platform.

The Platform does not sell, resell, distribute, import, export, store, handle, process, repackage, relabel, or place any goods on the market.

The Platform does not take title to goods, does not assume risk in goods, and does not become party to any contract for the supply of goods between buyer and supplier.

All contracts for the sale or supply of goods are concluded directly between buyer and supplier without the Platform acting as principal, agent, broker, distributor, intermediary, or representative in any legal sense.

Any listing fee, lead access fee, facilitation fee, service charge, or markup represents consideration solely for advertising, marketing exposure, and introduction services and does not constitute the sale of goods, a resale margin, a transaction commission, or participation in the underlying supply contract.

The Platform does not issue invoices for goods, does not collect or process payments for goods, does not handle escrow, does not control shipment, and does not participate in pricing negotiations or contractual performance between buyer and supplier.

    3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract.

    4. The Service

The Service may be modified, updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

    4A. Evolving Service

Features may change as part of ongoing development.

    4B. Maintenance

The Service may be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

    4C. Accuracy of Descriptions

Examples, descriptions, and listings may be simplified, illustrative, AI-assisted, or platform-generated and may not reflect all use cases. Some listings represent general market categories and are not tied to a specific supplier. Some images may be illustrative to demonstrate categories. Where no supplier is identified, the listing is general market information only. Enquiries may be queued and routed as suppliers come online.

    5. Pricing

The Service may be free or paid now or in the future. Any fees will be disclosed before being incurred. Current listing plans and pricing are described on the Pricing page.

    5A. No Service Level Commitment

No service level agreement (SLA) is provided.

5B. Lead Access & Enquiry Structure

The platform operates a tiered listing model as described on the Pricing page.

    5C. Buyer-Side Request Handling Options

Buyers submitting requirements via the platform's sourcing request form may, at their option, request one of the following handling routes. The default is the Standard route, and no buyer-side fee applies unless the buyer expressly elects an optional paid route.

    • Standard (default, free): The requirement is reviewed and may be shared with relevant suppliers. Interested suppliers may submit responses. The buyer will be notified if responses are received. There is no cost to the buyer. Supplier response, response timing, and supplier willingness to engage are not guaranteed.
    • Optional Buyer Advertising Listing (fee-based): At the buyer's election, the requirement may be published as a sourcing brief for a defined period (currently up to 12 months) on either a named or anonymised basis. This is an advertising visibility product only. The advertising fee is payable upfront and is non-refundable. The fee is solely for publication and visibility of the brief and does not constitute payment to unlock, access, or release any supplier details. Supplier responses (if any) are forwarded to the buyer with no further fee. Supplier response, response timing, and supplier willingness to engage are not guaranteed.

All buyer-side fees are fixed service fees for advertising, listing, and introduction purposes only. They are not commissions, are not a percentage of any transaction, and do not constitute participation in any contract for the sale of goods between buyer and supplier. The platform remains introducer-only under Sections 2 and 2B and provides no verification of suppliers, no negotiation, and no guarantee of outcome.

    Free Unbranded Listing:

    • Buyer enquiries may be subject to a pay-per-lead access fee.
    • A "Lead" is defined as a buyer enquiry manually reviewed and routed to a supplier.
    • No lead will be charged without the supplier's explicit written confirmation prior to release.
    • Buyer contact details may be withheld until confirmation is received.
    • Once buyer contact details are released, the applicable lead fee becomes payable and is non-refundable.

    Starter Branded Supplier (£250/year):

    • Enquiries are included within the annual plan.
    • No per-lead fees apply within the plan allowance.
    • The platform reserves the right to review and filter enquiries prior to routing.

    Branded Supplier (£500/year):

    • Enquiries are included without per-lead fees.
    • No numerical limit applies under standard usage.
    • The platform reserves the right to review and filter enquiries prior to routing.

    For all tiers:

    • Enquiries are not guaranteed.
    • The platform does not charge commission or transaction-based fees.
    • Lead access fees are fixed service fees for marketing and introduction purposes only and are not calculated as a percentage of, or linked to, the value of any transaction between buyer and supplier.
    • The platform does not participate in negotiations, contracts, or payments.
    • We may modify pricing, plan structure, or feature availability at any time.
    • Listing plan inclusions apply only to enquiries submitted against the supplier's own listing. Live Buyer Request introduction fees and White Label Communication Relay response-release fees under Sections 20 to 20C are separate services and are not included in any listing plan.

    5D. Business Opportunity Advertising

IngredientsWorldwide.com may offer Business Opportunity advertising services to businesses wishing to promote commercial opportunities, available inventory, manufacturing capacity, distribution opportunities, strategic partnerships, or similar commercial activities.

Business Opportunity advertising is an advertising and commercial visibility service only. It does not constitute brokerage, agency, representation, distribution, negotiation, procurement, transaction management, or participation in any underlying commercial transaction.

Advertising fees are fixed advertising and visibility fees only. They are not commissions, success fees, transaction fees, or percentages of any commercial transaction.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advertising fees are payable before publication.

Business Opportunity advertisements are normally published for up to six months unless otherwise stated. Promotional publication periods, including launch offers, are discretionary promotional offers only and do not create any entitlement to renewal, extension, refund, continued publication, or future promotional terms.

Prior to publication, IngredientsWorldwide.com may request information reasonably required to identify the advertiser and prepare the advertisement for publication, including the advertiser's company website, company registration number, registered business address, company telephone number, company email address, and confirmation that the advertiser is authorised to advertise and promote the relevant commercial opportunity on behalf of the owner or relevant business, where applicable.

The advertiser remains solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, ownership, authority, and truthfulness of all information submitted for publication. The advertiser shall indemnify IngredientsWorldwide.com against claims arising from inaccurate, misleading, unauthorised, unlawful, or infringing advertising content submitted by the advertiser.

Publication of advertisements remains subject to IngredientsWorldwide.com's standard publication review process. The publication review is conducted solely for the purpose of administering the Platform and must not be interpreted or relied upon as verification, validation, endorsement, approval, certification, due diligence, or confirmation of any advertiser, product, inventory, ownership, authority, claim, product availability, regulatory compliance, financial standing, commercial credibility, or commercial opportunity. IngredientsWorldwide.com reserves the right to edit, standardise, decline, suspend, withdraw, or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion and in accordance with these Terms.

Publication of any advertisement does not constitute endorsement, approval, verification, certification, recommendation, or confirmation by IngredientsWorldwide.com of the advertiser, ownership of goods, product availability, product quality, commercial claims, pricing, inventory, or any advertised opportunity.

Where Business Opportunity advertisements result in buyer introductions, any applicable buyer introduction fee is a separate introduction service and is independent of advertising fees. Any applicable introduction fee will be disclosed and agreed before any buyer introduction is made.

IngredientsWorldwide.com remains an advertising and introducer only platform and does not become a party to negotiations, contracts, payments, shipment, fulfilment, performance, or any commercial relationship arising from advertisements published on the Platform.

    5E. Commercial Trading Guide

IngredientsWorldwide.com publishes a Commercial Trading Guide containing general educational information for buyers and suppliers.

The Guide is provided for informational purposes only, does not form part of any contract and does not modify or replace these Terms & Conditions.

Users remain responsible for their own commercial decisions and due diligence before entering into any transaction.

    6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all use of the Service and outputs.

    6A. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including compliance with all applicable import, export, customs, and regulatory requirements, such as plant health controls, phytosanitary certification, sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) requirements, border inspection procedures, and any pre-notification or licensing requirements.

IngredientsWorldwide.com acts strictly as an introducer and does not verify, guarantee, or take responsibility for regulatory compliance, admissibility, or clearance of any goods listed, enquired about, or transacted through the Platform. All risks relating to delays, inspections, rejection, seizure, or losses arising from non-compliance with applicable import, export, customs, or regulatory requirements remain solely with the buyer and/or supplier.

    6B. Prohibited and Illegal Use

You must not use the Service to create, promote, facilitate, or support any activity, product, service, or content that is illegal or unlawful in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction in which the Service is accessed.

    6C. Listing Requirements

Where listings are supplier-submitted, suppliers must ensure that products listed are lawful, accurately described, and appropriate for the platform's intended food ingredient sourcing use. Where listings are platform-generated or illustrative, they represent general market categories and do not constitute an offer, recommendation, or confirmation of supply. IngredientsWorldwide.com may remove, decline, or restrict any listing at its discretion.

    6D. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to the Service is accurate, complete, and lawful. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies resulting from information supplied by you.

    6E. Export Control & Sanctions

You represent that you are not subject to UK, EU, US, or other applicable sanctions and will not use the Service in violation of such laws.

The Platform does not undertake sanctions screening on behalf of users and relies on user representations regarding compliance with applicable laws.

    6F. User Environment

You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser, and internet connection are suitable.

    7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse, abuse, automate, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or unlawfully use the Service.

    7A. Automated & Fair Use

We may apply technical controls such as rate limits or access restrictions.

    7B. Misuse Recovery

If use of the Service causes instability or degraded performance, we may temporarily restrict access to protect the Service and other users.

    8. Intellectual Property

We own the Service and platform. You retain ownership of your input.

    8A. Feedback

Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

    8B. User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring submitted content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

8C. Listing Presentation & Image Editing

To maintain platform consistency, neutrality, and tier-based visibility structure, IngredientsWorldwide.com reserves the right to edit, standardise, crop, blur, redact, or modify submitted images and content.

For Free Unbranded Listings, supplier names, logos, branding, contact details, and identifying marks may be removed or obscured.

Suppliers confirm they have the right to submit all materials provided and grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display and modify such materials for listing purposes.

    9. Certifications and Dietary Classifications

IngredientsWorldwide.com does not certify, audit, test, verify, or guarantee any ingredient, supplier, certificate, or dietary classification. Where certifications, eligibility statements, or dietary labels appear on the platform, they may be supplier-declared or, in the case of generic or platform-generated listings, based on general category information only. All such references are provided for initial sourcing visibility only and do not constitute verified facts or confirmed claims. Buyers must always review documentation, confirm scope and acceptance, carry out their own due diligence, and verify directly with the supplier before purchase or use.

    9A. Supplier Product Compliance

Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring that all products listed, described, or offered through the Platform comply with all applicable food safety, ingredient, and labelling regulations in the jurisdictions where the products are manufactured, marketed, or supplied.

This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with regulations and guidance issued by the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) and any equivalent regulatory authority in other jurisdictions.

Suppliers warrant that all product information, specifications, descriptions, claims, and supporting documentation (including Certificates of Analysis, allergen declarations, and safety data) are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

IngredientsWorldwide.com acts solely as an introducer platform and does not test, verify, certify, or guarantee the regulatory compliance, safety, or suitability of any product listed by suppliers.

Suppliers agree to indemnify and hold harmless IngredientsWorldwide.com and its operators from any claims, damages, regulatory actions, or liabilities arising from inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant product information supplied by the Supplier.

    10. Dietary, Religious & User Reporting Information

The platform may display dietary and religious information (including Halal and Kosher status) as declared by suppliers or, for platform-generated listings, as general category-level references. IngredientsWorldwide.com does not verify, audit, certify, or endorse any such information regardless of its source. Where no supplier is identified, dietary or religious references are informational only and do not represent confirmed certification. Buyers must independently verify suitability for their intended use. The platform also provides a self-managed User Reporting & Feedback tool that allows buyers to submit reports and suppliers to respond. IngredientsWorldwide.com hosts this tool only and does not arbitrate, investigate, or decide fault. Reports remain user-submitted and self-managed. Only the reporting buyer can mark a report as resolved.

    11. AML / KYC Responsibility

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable AML, KYC, counter-terrorist financing, and sanctions laws in their respective jurisdictions.

    12. No Regulated Intermediary Role

We do not perform AML, KYC, sanctions checks, transaction monitoring, or regulatory compliance verification on behalf of users and assume no responsibility for doing so unless expressly agreed in writing.

    13. Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy.

    14. Cookies & Tracking

Use of the Service is subject to the Cookie Policy. The website may use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure advertising effectiveness. Non-essential cookies, including advertising and conversion tracking cookies, are only set where you have given consent through the website's cookie preference controls, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, and always in accordance with our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service does not itself constitute consent where affirmative consent is required. You may change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time.

    15. No Warranties or Guarantees

All warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. Specifically, we make no representation or warranty regarding:

    • Product quality, suitability, compliance, or legality
    • Supplier reliability, capacity, or willingness to fulfil enquiries
    • Accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing or description
    • That any enquiry will receive a response or be acted upon
    • That images depict actual available product
    • That any transaction will occur or succeed

15A. No Reliance & Advertising Representations

    15A.1 No Reliance

Users acknowledge and agree that they have not relied on any statement, representation, description, image, certification reference, specification, regulatory statement, marketing material, advertisement, email communication, or platform content published by IngredientsWorldwide.com as a warranty, guarantee, or verified fact.

    15A.2 Supplier-Declarations

Product details, certifications, compliance statements, dietary classifications, pricing indications, and specifications displayed on the platform may be supplier-declared or platform-generated. Where content is supplier-declared, it is provided for advertising and sourcing visibility purposes only. Where content is platform-generated, illustrative, or category-based, it represents general market information and is not tied to any specific supplier or confirmed supply. IngredientsWorldwide.com does not independently verify or validate any such content regardless of its source.

    15A.3 No Pre-Contract Representations

No statement, communication, marketing content, advertisement, enquiry routing message, or email correspondence issued by IngredientsWorldwide.com shall constitute a representation, warranty, guarantee, or binding assurance regarding any product, supplier, or transaction.

    15A.4 Advertising & Content Errors

The platform, listings, advertisements, and promotional materials may contain inaccuracies, omissions, typographical errors, AI-assisted summaries, or outdated information. IngredientsWorldwide.com shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on such content.

    15A.5 No Endorsement

Publication of any listing, certification reference, or supplier profile does not constitute endorsement, approval, verification, or recommendation by IngredientsWorldwide.com.

    15A.6 Maximum Extent Permitted

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability arising from alleged misrepresentation, advertising inaccuracy, or reliance on platform content is excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

    15A.7 Industry Commentary & Insights

From time to time, DiversecitiUK Ltd trading as IngredientsWorldwide.com may publish general industry commentary, market observations, and informational insights relating to ingredients, sourcing trends, and sector developments. Such content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, nutritional, health, legal, financial, regulatory, or commercial advice. No content published on this website should be interpreted as a recommendation, endorsement, representation of product availability, or guarantee of supplier capability or performance. Users must conduct their own independent due diligence and seek appropriate professional advice where required.

    16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use.

    17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend access for technical or operational reasons.

    18. Legal Boilerplate

    • Entire agreement
    • Order of precedence (Terms prevail)
    • No third-party beneficiaries
    • Reservation of rights
    • Severability and waiver
    • English language prevails

    19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19A. Two Distinct Supplier Services — Scope & Fee Separation

IngredientsWorldwide.com operates two distinct supplier-facing services. These services are separate products with separate commercial terms, and inclusion under one service does not create any entitlement under the other.

    (a) Supplier Listing Enquiries. Where a buyer discovers a supplier's own published listing on the Platform and submits an enquiry against that listing, the applicable listing plan (as described on the Pricing page and in Section 5B) determines whether the enquiry is included within the supplier's plan or whether a pay-per-lead access fee applies. This service is governed by Section 21.

    (b) Live Buyer Requests. Where a buyer submits a sourcing requirement directly to IngredientsWorldwide.com (rather than enquiring against a specific supplier listing), the requirement may be published as a Live Buyer Request. Supplier access to a Live Buyer Request buyer's identity and contact details is provided only through a separate Shared or Exclusive Buyer Introduction, at the fixed introduction fee disclosed and agreed before release. A separate optional White Label Communication Relay is available under Section 20C. This service is governed by Sections 20, 20A, 20B and 20C.

For the avoidance of doubt, a paid supplier listing plan does not include, and does not entitle the supplier to, any Live Buyer Request Shared Introduction, Exclusive Introduction, or White Label Communication Relay response-release. Live Buyer Request fees are separate service fees, payable per introduction or per response-release, and are not credited against, discounted by, or replaced by any listing plan fee. Any bundling of the two services is offered, if at all, only where expressly stated in writing.

    20. Buyer Requests & Supplier Access

Buyer requests may be shared with relevant suppliers on a white-label basis unless the buyer selects a branded request or otherwise consents to disclosure.

IngredientsWorldwide.com may provide suppliers with access to buyer requests, further details, or introductions. Such access may be subject to supplier fees.

Branded requests may be offered as an optional paid visibility feature for buyers.

IngredientsWorldwide.com acts strictly as an introducer and is not a party to any transaction.

No guarantee is made on responses, matches, or outcomes. All commercial decisions remain between buyer and supplier.

IngredientsWorldwide.com may edit, summarise, refuse, pause, or remove any buyer request at its discretion.

Buyers and suppliers are solely responsible for their own due diligence, verification, compliance, and contracting.

20A. Public Publication of Buyer Requests

IngredientsWorldwide.com may publish anonymised summaries of buyer requirements on public pages of the platform (including, but not limited to, the Live Buyer Requests page) for the purpose of attracting relevant suppliers.

Such summaries are limited to non-identifying information (such as ingredient, indicative quantity, and destination region) and exclude buyer name, company, and contact details.

By submitting a buyer request, the buyer grants IngredientsWorldwide.com a non-exclusive licence to create, edit, standardise, redact, anonymise, summarise, reproduce, publish, communicate, distribute, withdraw, refuse, and otherwise use non-identifying versions of the buyer's requirement for the purpose of attracting suitable suppliers and facilitating sourcing introductions through the Platform.

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that publication of an anonymised sourcing brief on the Platform (including, but not limited to, the Live Buyer Requests page) and communication of anonymised summaries to selected suppliers forms part of IngredientsWorldwide.com's standard sourcing methodology unless the buyer expressly requests otherwise or purchases an alternative publication option where available.

IngredientsWorldwide.com will take reasonable steps to remove buyer-identifying information before publication. However, due to the specialist nature of certain industries and commercial markets, the Platform cannot guarantee that experienced market participants will be unable to infer a buyer's identity from the commercial characteristics of a published requirement.

Access to full buyer request details, introductions, or direct engagement may be subject to supplier access conditions, platform fees, or listing requirements as defined elsewhere in these Terms.

Publication does not constitute endorsement, verification, or any guarantee of supplier interest, response, or outcome.

20B. Buyer Introductions & Disclosure of Contact Details

By submitting a buyer request, the buyer authorises IngredientsWorldwide.com to disclose the buyer's name, company name, business contact details, and the information contained within the buyer request to one or more selected suppliers where IngredientsWorldwide.com reasonably considers such disclosure necessary for the purpose of facilitating direct sourcing introductions.

    IngredientsWorldwide.com retains absolute discretion regarding:

    • which suppliers receive introductions;
    • when introductions are made;
    • whether supplier access conditions, listing requirements, platform fees, or supplier charges apply before buyer details are released;
    • the number of suppliers granted access to any buyer request.

The buyer acknowledges that suppliers receiving an introduction may contact the buyer directly using the business contact information disclosed by IngredientsWorldwide.com and/or other lawfully available business contact information.

Following any introduction, all communications, quotations, negotiations, sampling, regulatory discussions, contracts, orders, payments, shipping, logistics, customs compliance, and ongoing commercial dealings take place directly between the buyer and supplier.

IngredientsWorldwide.com remains an introducer-only platform and does not become a party to any negotiation, contract, purchase, sale, payment, shipment, fulfilment, or other commercial relationship arising from any introduction.

Non-refundable introduction fees. Any fee payable by a supplier for a Buyer Introduction, or for any release of buyer identity or buyer contact details, is payable for the act of release of those details through IngredientsWorldwide.com and not for any resulting commercial outcome. Once the introduction has been made and buyer identity or contact details have been released, the fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including (without limitation) where the supplier and buyer were already in contact, already known to each other, already in discussion through any other channel, had received the same or a similar enquiry from the buyer elsewhere, or where no order, quotation acceptance, sample request, or future business results from the introduction. Payment confirms the supplier's acceptance of this rule.

“Exclusive Introduction. Where an opportunity is described as an Exclusive Introduction, this means only that IngredientsWorldwide.com will introduce that specific buyer opportunity to no more than one supplier through the Platform. It does not prevent the buyer from independently contacting, considering, communicating with, or dealing with other suppliers and does not create market exclusivity, purchasing exclusivity, or control over the buyer.”

    20C. White Label Communication Relay

Where IngredientsWorldwide.com offers a White Label Communication Relay for additional supplier questions, the initial confidential communication attempt may be made without advance payment.

If the buyer does not respond, no response-release fee is payable.

If the buyer responds, the supplier may be notified that a response has been received and may choose whether to pay the applicable response-release fee before the buyer’s white-label response is released.

The current standard response-release fee is £2.50 unless a different fee is disclosed and agreed before release.

Buyer responses released through the White Label Communication Relay may be summarised, reformatted, redacted, or otherwise processed before release in order to preserve the confidential nature of the relay.

IngredientsWorldwide.com may remove or obscure buyer names, company names, email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media details, signatures, document metadata, hyperlinks, branded references, distinctive identifiers, or any other information that may directly or indirectly identify the buyer.

Where a buyer includes identifying information within a response, IngredientsWorldwide.com may remove that information before releasing the white-label response to the supplier. The inclusion or removal of such information does not convert the White Label Communication Relay into a Buyer Introduction and does not entitle the supplier to receive the buyer’s identity or contact details.

The applicable response-release fee remains payable where a buyer response has been received and the supplier chooses to receive the processed white-label response, regardless of whether identifying information has been removed, redacted, summarised, or reformatted before release.

The response-release fee is solely for releasing the buyer’s white-label response to the relayed questions. It does not include the buyer’s identity or contact details, is not a buyer introduction fee, and does not guarantee any further response or commercial outcome.

    21. Supplier Lead Services

Where a supplier elects to receive commercial enquiries on a paid basis, such services are governed by the Supplier Lead Terms.

Lead pricing and service options are determined at the time of enquiry and agreed in writing prior to release. Lead pricing is not published publicly.

IngredientsWorldwide.com operates strictly as an introducer-only platform. We do not broker transactions, act as agent, negotiate contracts, verify counterparties, handle payments for goods, or guarantee commercial outcomes.

    22. Enquiry Types & Buyer Request Distribution

Enquiries submitted via supplier listings are treated as standard listing enquiries and may be included within applicable supplier plans.

Buyer requests submitted via IngredientsWorldwide.com sourcing forms or request submission pages are managed separately. Access to such requests, including further details or introductions, may be subject to additional fees.

IngredientsWorldwide.com retains full discretion over the selection, allocation, timing, and number of suppliers provided access to any buyer request. Inclusion is not guaranteed and may be based on relevance, availability, or other commercial factors.

    23. Website Content, Database and Acceptable Use

IngredientsWorldwide.com, together with its original branding, website copy, page layouts, taxonomy, compilation, listing presentation, buyer-request presentation and other original platform materials, may be protected by copyright, database rights, trade marks and other applicable rights.

Visitors are granted a limited, revocable right to use the website for legitimate business sourcing and supplier-discovery purposes only.

Automated scraping, bulk extraction, systematic downloading, mirroring, republishing or reselling substantial parts of the website or its underlying database is prohibited.

Website content must not be copied or used to create, populate or train a competing supplier directory, buyer-request database, marketplace or commercial dataset without prior written permission from IngredientsWorldwide.com.

Circumventing technical restrictions, attempting unauthorised access, or extracting non-public buyer, supplier or enquiry information is prohibited.

Buyer-request information, paid-access information and confidential introduction details must not be republished, shared, resold or distributed outside the authorised recipient organisation.

Supplier-submitted material remains subject to the supplier’s underlying rights. By submitting material, the supplier grants IngredientsWorldwide.com the permission reasonably necessary to review, format, publish, promote and retain the submitted listing material for the purposes of operating the platform.

Suppliers remain responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted logos, images, documents, certificates and product information.

IngredientsWorldwide.com may restrict or suspend access where misuse, extraction, impersonation or unauthorised republication is reasonably suspected.

Nothing in this section changes the platform’s existing introducer-only role, transaction disclaimers, or the allocation of responsibility between buyers and suppliers set out elsewhere in these Terms.

See also our Disclaimers page for additional legal notices.
